The Space Cannon Ireos is a 7kW outdoor searchlight for special events and other productions where high output, full articulation, full programmability, and precise color control are required.

The Ireos is the only existing high powered xenon searchlight with a built-in dichroic colour changer and shutter. The colour changer, patented by SPACE CANNON vH, offers numerous advantages in comparison with traditional gel colour changers. The colour selected can be set for a long period of time without any maintenance, and the colours projected are of an incomparable brightness and purity. Colour change time is quick -- about 1 second.

Designed for portable application in large events and shows, the Ireos includes a special lamp anchorage and damping system which allows transportation of the unit without bulb removal.
